According to Alan Bekker, the co-founder and CEO of eSelf AI, their technology not only creates a virtual agent that can speak and move but also allows for sharing videos and images. This innovation enhances user interaction, making it more engaging.
Bekker further described that eSelf AI‘s system converts large language models into a visual format, similar to how movies have made books more relatable. This technology enables users to design personalized AI bots suitable for various purposes, including real estate, education, and customer service.

The AI agent provides a virtual tour experience for clients of Porta da Frente Christie’s, showcasing how it operates in the real estate market.
The real estate company Porta da Frente Christie’s has adopted eSelf AI’s technology and has successfully generated $100 million in sales from leads produced by the AI agent.
João Cília, the CEO of Porta da Frente Christie’s, shared that they have observed “great results” since the AI agent began live testing about a year ago.
With over 5,000 properties in their portfolio, Cília noted that it is impossible for a human to remember all the details about each property. However, the AI agent can easily manage this information, offering customers a superior service compared to traditional consultants.
When customers first engage with the AI agent, they provide essential details like their preferred city, budget, and number of bedrooms. The agent then searches for listings and can guide potential buyers through virtual tours, sharing detailed insights about each property.
Additionally, the AI agent provides support to clients in different time zones, ensuring they can receive answers to their questions at their convenience. Cília mentioned that many clients from the U.S. and Brazil benefit from the AI’s assistance, especially given the five-hour time difference.
The AI agent not only alleviates the need for overnight staffing but also simplifies the property search process for customers. Cília explained that this technology effectively replaces the extensive online searching that buyers typically do.
Cília believes that AI agents will significantly change the real estate sales process. He stated that if implemented on a larger scale in the future, AI could replace many physical consultants, ultimately reducing the costs associated with selling properties.
