Search Engine Autonomy: We do not own, operate, or control third-party search engines (such as Google or Bing) or the publishing websites. Search algorithms are subject to continuous, unpredictable updates that determine page indexing.
Post-Delivery Liability Exemption: If the delivered guest post or link is subsequently de-indexed, penalized, or drops in search rankings at any point after the initial successful delivery, we cannot be held liable.
Strict No-Refund Condition: Because post-delivery indexing and third-party website management are entirely outside of our control, we strictly do not issue refunds, partial credits, or permit chargebacks under any circumstances if a link or post is de-indexed.
No Replacement Guarantee: In the event of de-indexation, we are not obligated to replace the link, provide a substitute guest post, or perform any additional compensatory work. All transactions are final upon initial delivery.
