Universal Parks & Resorts announced the merger of two businesses to expand its global consumer and retail business.
UP&E's mission is to expand the company's characters through immersive experiences.
These experiences include toys, collectables, books, apparel, lifestyle category, vi
deo games, and digital initiatives such as NFTs.
UP&E activates its business through licensee partnerships and direct operations.
It also operates across its theme park locations and e-commerce platforms.
The current president of Universal Brand Development, Vince Klaseus, will
lead the division and report directly to Mark Woodbury.
