Uber Is Shutting Down Its Free Loyalty Program - See When

Scribbled Arrow

Uber has ended its Uber Rewards loyalty program and will now focus on its subscription-based Uber One membership.

Uber sent customers an email explaining that users can still earn points up to August 31 and that the redemption deadline is October 31.

Uber has posted an update on the loyalty program's impending shutdown. It will occur on November 1, 2022.

Uber doesn't offer a replacement program.

There is no other way to get perks or discounts than by purchasing an Uber One subscription.

Uber One was launched last year as a replacement service for Eats Pass.

A $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year subscription includes perks such as free food delivery, up to 10% off "eligible Uber Eats orders," and 5% off rides with top-rated drivers.

Uber offers a one-month free subscription to Uber One to existing Rewards members, but you will still need to pay.
