Twitter Now Supports Themed Icons In Latest Android 13 Update

Twitter on Android now has an icon with a theme on devices that run Android 13 or later using the most recent stable update.

This includes Google's Pixel smartphones, as in Samsung Galaxy devices, which each support this 'Material you theme on the icons on the home screen.

With the latest update, it will alter the Twitter icon's color to match the user's desktop and system wallpaper in addition to any other apps that can support this feature.

Other apps that offer themed icons are Slack, Spotify, Telegram, Mastodon, Reddit, and others apps.

The change was made with Twitter to provide Android updates made by Chris Banes as he confirmed via an announcement tweet.
