The National Labor Relations Board accused Tesla of violating labor law when it prohibited employees from discussing workplace issues in Orlando, Florida.

According to reports, the NLRB's Tampa regional Director filed a complaint against Tesla in September.

He claimed that the automaker broke the law by telling employees not to discuss pay with others and not to talk about the terminations of other employees.

According to the FOIA, Tesla management told employees not to complain to "higher-ranking managers" about working conditions.

Over the years, Tesla has been the subject of numerous complaints from the NLRB.

The NLRB found that Tesla had violated US labor laws in 2021 by firing a union activist and threatening workers' benefits.

The NLRB ordered that Richard Ortiz, a union activist, be rehired and all disciplinary action references from his files are deleted.

The court also ordered Tesla chief Elon to delete a tweet deemed a threat to employees if they joined a union.

A spokesperson for the agency told reporters that a judge would hear the complaint February filed by the Tampa Regional Director.
