The company claimed that intruders had hacked accounts as early as December 1 - just two weeks before the time its systems discovered the presence of a "large amount" of unsuccessful login attempts to the accounts of customers on December 12.

“In accessing your account with your username and password, the unauthorized third party may have viewed your first name, last name, phone number, and mailing address,” the data breach notice said.
