A team of international researchers has published the largest ever image taken by the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST).

An international team of researchers, including 105 scientists representing 19 institutions from around the globe,

has used the telescopes to collect a vast amount of data about the cosmos.

The image has been released by the Cosmic Evolution Early Releasing Science Study (CEERS).

Future observations will confirm if the galaxy's redshift is more significant than 11.8.

This would mean Webb has seen a galaxy just 400 million years after it formed.
