Mark Zuckerberg Has Responded To The Metaverse Memes

Scribbled Arrow

Earlier this week, Mark Zuckerberg posted a picture of his digital avatar standing before the Eiffel Tower.

Unfortunately for him, the internet started dragging and memeifying the Virtual Reality platform screenshot.

Image That Became A Meme

According to one Twitter user, this was likely because the graphics were similar to the Teletubbies game on the PlayStation One.

Zuckerberg has seen the memes and wants you to know that Meta is working hard on the graphics.

He posted new screenshots on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter on Friday.

They showed a more human-like Zuckerberg and a plaza that looked ancient. He promised to give more details at the Connect conference.

Mark Zuckerberg admits that the original screenshot is not flattering. "I know the screenshot I posted earlier this year was very basic.

It was taken quickly to celebrate the launch. He said that Horizon's graphics are capable of more, even with headsets.
