Guinness World Record (GWR) says Gregory Foster, a Californian, set the record for eating 17 Bhut Jolokia chilis in just 60 seconds

According to a press release, he broke the record in San Diego in November 2021. However, he was officially recognized on Monday.

This is a measure of heat for chili peppers and other spicy foods.
