Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI)-the well-known game developed by Krafton, which recently hit 100 million players in India -was removed from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. 

According to reports, the game has been removed due to an order from the government, but the precise details aren't specific. 

There is speculation that the game is banned in India, but we're waiting to hear confirmation.

The journalist approached the developer Krafton India for a statement. The company responded, 

"We are clarifying how BGMI was removed from the Google Play and App stores. We will inform you once we receive specific details." 

In the meantime, Google stated the removal, "On receipt of the request, per the established procedure, 

We have notified the developer affected and stopped access to the application that was accessible through the Play Store in India."
