An ocean-plastic guitar is quite imaginative; however, Burl's Arts decided to take things to the next step by making an electric guitar by melting 1000 aluminum containers.

Sand casting molds need to be manufactured to fit the components using wood plugs and Petrobond to shape the material into the final shape.

When the neck was cast, it was then sanded using the hacksaw, grinder, and sandpaper to smooth it out to make the frets.
