According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, Apple plans to hold its next product launch event on September 7.

The company usually hosts a significant event in September's first half, so we now have a date that we can put on our calendar.

In addition, Gurman reports that the company plans to stream the event online like the other events it hosted during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rumors suggest that Apple will announce the iPhone 14 lineup at this year's show.

It is expected to include the new base iPhone 14, the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the iPhone 14 Pro.

Rumors suggest that the Pro phones will get some flashier upgrades.

For example, they may lose the notch to make way for a pill-shaped hole punch cutout, have an always-on display and the next-generation A-series processor.

The iPhones that were revealed at the event in the past have sold quickly -- Gurman reports store workers have been asked for preparations for the launch of some sort on September 16.
