Future Apple Car Manufacturer Foxconn's Car Luxgen N7 Get First 10,000 Preorders
The last time we were informed regarding the Apple Car project, it was revealed to be more well-known than Tesla models,
According to over 200,000 potential car owners, even though it's the only side hustle of Apple's R&D department.
Many possible Apple Car makers have been named as potential partners in the past few years, including Toyota, Porsche, Hyundai, and Kia.
According to the report, no one conceded to Apple's rigorous joint venture rules due to the fear of loss of the brand's identity,
Which is why Apple decided to go all on its own, subcontracting suppliers of parts and assemblers, as it has done for its iPhone's
production, which is subcontracted into Taiwan's Foxconn.
The same Foxconn that in the past developed its joint ventures for electric vehicles using a similar MIH (Mobility in Harmony) platform
Has just unveiled the first vehicles powered by electric power built on the MIH platform.
The first electric SUV of Foxconn called Luxgen N7, Luxgen N7, scored no less than 10,000
pre-orders so far, according to local media;
However, its potential owners will need to wait for a few more months before they can receive the vehicle.
The Luxgen N7 is built on the Model C prototype that Foxtron, one of the MIH project partners and MIH colla
borator on the project, showed earlier this year.
