All Apple iPhone 14 Models Come With 6GB RAM

The RAM capacity has been a key feature of Apple's Pro and non-Pro iPhones over the past two years.

The iPhone 12 and the iPhone 12 mini had 4GB RAM, while the iPhone Pro and Pro Max had 6GB RAM.

Last year, the same scenario played out with the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13.

The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 had 4GB RAM each, while the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro Max had 6GB RAM.

Xcode 14 beta has confirmed that all iPhone 14 models have 6GB RAM.

All new iPhone models now have the same RAM for the first time since the iPhone 11 Series.

Previous rumors had suggested that the iPhone 14 Pro would have faster LPDDR5 RAM, while the regular 14 models would retain LPDDR4X RAM.

However, the new Xcode report doesn't confirm this.
