Zoom has officially launched its AI-powered word software, Zoom Docs, expanding the office software market.
Zoom Docs, unveiled in March, is powered by Zoom’s AI Companion, enabling businesses to collaborate more effectively within Zoom’s video conferencing ecosystem.
The AI Companion can generate meeting summaries, reports, and action lists. Participants can create, share, and co-edit documents in real-time during meetings, accessible to mobile attendees without the need to sign in.
Users can generate customizable, editable, and shareable documents with relevant meeting details. Permission sharing is streamlined with bulk settings, allowing temporary access for meeting attendees to collaborate.
Zoom Docs seamlessly integrates with Zoom Team Chat, Zoom Mail, and Zoom Meetings, providing a more fluid experience. Zoom Docs is currently available and included with all paid Zoom Workplace plans.
