Meta-owned WhatsApp has launched a “Do Not Disturb” feature for its users. This feature, called Disable notifications for calls, allows users to disable notifications for incoming WhatsApp messages while still using the web version. After installing the WhatsApp beta update for Windows 2.2250.4.0, the feature was released to beta testers.
According to the report, the feature will be made available to more users over the next few days. WhatsApp web users can enable the feature by going to Settings on the internet. Click on Notifications to see the toggle for this feature. You can disable WhatsApp notifications for incoming calls to give you more control.
WhatsApp users have begun to receive the Undo button in a similar news story. This feature allows users to undo the mistakenly pressed Delete for Me button instead of Delete for Everyone.
WhatsApp launched the Avatars feature earlier this month. An avatar, or digital representation of yourself, is a digital copy of you that can be made from millions of different hairstyles, facial features, and outfits. WhatsApp allows you to use your avatar as your profile picture.
You can also choose one of 36 stickers that reflect different emotions or actions. You can also share it with family and friends via WhatsApp. Digital avatars are a great way to express yourself without using your real picture. It feels more private. Beta users had access to the feature until now.
